Service was great. Flowers were pretty but not as full as the picture. That is why I paid for the upgrade. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for the kind words about about our service and for letting us know about the spray fullness. We do each bouquet according to a recipe and for the premium spray we put 6 extra roses, 3 extra gerbers, 5 bells of Ireland and 3 extra oriental lilies.. We aim to consistency and I'd love the change to make it better the next time you buy from us . Thank you
